In the above-captioned matter, Respondent Gadgets of Lugoff, Inc., d/b/a Gadgets Sports Bar & Grill (“Gadgets of Lugoff”) requested a contested case hearing before the South Carolina Administrative Law Court (“Court”) based upon a Final Agency Determination issued to Gadgets of Lugoff by Petitioner South Carolina Department of Revenue (“Department”). The parties have now agreed to settle this contested case and filed a Consent Order on September 6, 2007 for this Court’s approval. Accordingly, the Consent Order is incorporated herein by reference, and
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this contested case action is dismissed with prejudice.
