ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Court (“Court”) pursuant to a request for a contested case hearing filed by Petitioner regarding a proposed assessment issued to Petitioner by the South Carolina Department of Revenue (“Department”) for the 1999, 2000 and 2001 tax years. A hearing in this matter was held before the Court on May 15, 2007. At the commencement of the hearing, the parties informed the Court they had reached an agreement, which was made an Order of the Court on May 22, 2007. The May 22, 2007 Order required that Petitioner file 1999, 2000, and 2001 South Carolina income tax returns with the Department, after which time the Department was to inform the Court if any further hearing was needed to resolve any remaining disputes. On July 27, 2007, the Department informed the Court by letter that no further hearing would be necessary. With all issues pertaining to the matter being resolved, accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
