ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court (Court) on
July 22, 2004, in which the Petitioner is contesting the Department of Revenue’s (Department) denial
of a sale and consumption license and a beer and wine permit. On October 21, 2004, J. Christopher
Clark, attorney for the Petitioner, filed a letter with the Court in which he set forth that the Petitioner
was withdrawing its request for a sale and consumption licence and beer and wine permit and that
there was no need for a contested case hearing in this matter. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
