ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Court. By letter dated
October 13, 2004, from Richard W. Taylor, attorney for Petitioner, the court was notified that the
parties have reached a settlement agreement in this matter, and request that the case be dismissed.
There being no further controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and
the hearing which was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2004, has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
