ORDERS:

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On October 10, 2007, the Department filed a motion to dismiss indicating Respondent had voluntarily surrendered its license, ceased doing business in South Carolina, and closed the office at issue. Attached to the motion was a letter from Respondent indicating its reasons for doing so, primarily the “current residential lending slump” which makes it not financially viable to maintain a full-time employee in the office as required under the “brick and mortar” law while marketing effectively.

Accordingly, because the license has been surrendered and the Department indicates it wishes to dismiss the case and Respondent concurs in its request, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to dismiss is GRANTED.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
