Carolina Secretary of State, notified this tribunal that the parties have reached a settlement in the
above-captioned matter. Therefore, as there are no justiciable issues remaining in controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing of this matter scheduled for Tuesday, October
26, 2004, is CANCELED and this case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
