ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
Before hearing of this matter, the parties entered into an agreement concerning the issues to be presented to the Administrative Law Court. By this agreement, the Petitioner, South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation, Office of Wages and Child Labor agrees to vacate the citation for violation of S.C. Code § 41-10-40(D) and the associated penalty. The Respondent agrees to provide to Molly Michlink Holland, Complainant, wages in the approximate amount of four hundred sixteen ($416.00) dollars within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Order. The Respondent also agrees to withdraw its notice of contest of citation #241-07 for violation of S.C. Code § 41-10-40 (D) and the associated penalty.
I have reviewed the terms of this agreement and find that it is consistent with the purposes of the South Carolina Payment of Wages Act and in the best interest of the public.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the agreement between the parties be approved and that this protest be dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
