ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER COMES before me at the request of the Petitioner, Charleston County
Tax Assessor which, with the consent of the Respondent, Joseph L. Tamsberg, Jr.
moves for a voluntary dismissal of the above-captioned contested case. By
letter dated March 20, 2007, the Court was notified that the Petitioner had
withdrawn their position due to the fact that the Respondent accepted the
original assessor’s values for the properties in question. Therefore, based on
good cause shown,
IT
IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the
South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, with the consent of all parties
hereto, this action, including all claims herein asserted by all parties, is
hereby dismissed.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
