ORDERS:
AMENDED CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On September 17, 2004 the Honorable Carolyn C. Matthews executed a Consent Order of
Dismissal in the above-captioned matter. The Consent Order incorrectly listed the increase in
dimensions of Nicholas Runza’s dock permit, P/N # OCRM 2004-1E-082-R as 50 square feet
when in fact the increase is 55 square feet. As such, the above referenced order is amended to
reflect this change.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
