ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH LEAVE TO RESTORE
UPON motion of the parties, as evidenced by their signatures hereto, it
appearing that the South Carolina Department of Revenue has yet to issue a
Department Determination in the above-styled case, the parties have requested
that the case be dismissed without prejudice with leave to restore. In the
event the Petitioner determines it necessary to re-file its request for a contested
case hearing in this matter after its receipt of the Department’s Determination,
the filing fee for the action will be waived as long as the re-filing occurs
within six (6) months of the date of this order.
