CONSENT TO WITHDRAWAL FROM APPEAL BY THE RESPONDENT

This case comes before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to an appeal of the Final Order and Decision of the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicle Hearings filed by the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

In response to the appeal, the Respondent, Jason Potts, South Carolina Drivers License No. 7709577, by and through is undersigned attorney, and with the consent of the Department of Motor Vehicles, hereby voluntarily withdraws from the appeal.

The Respondent knowingly and intelligently withdraws from the appeal for personal reasons and understands that as a result of the withdraw (sic) his driver’s license will be suspended for a period of ninety (90) days pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 56-5-2950.

This withdraw (sic) is entered without regards to the merits of the appeal.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
