ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the Request for Contested Case Hearing filed by Respondent on August 4, 2006. This matter involved the revocation of certificate of title of Respondent’s boat. On November 28, 2006, Petitioner filed a letter with the Court indicating that he had sold the boat in question “as is” and further indicating that he would not be attending the hearing on the merits of this action scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 12, 2006. This letter will be treated as a request to withdraw Respondent’s Request for Contested Case in this matter.
Based on the foregoing,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-referenced contested case is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
