ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter came before the Administrative Law Judge Division as an Appeal from the Department of Consumer Affairs’ final decision to deny Appellant, Karen M. Godfrey licensure as a mortgage loan originator. The Department of Consumer Affairs has agreed to issue Appellant a license as a mortgage loan originator upon receipt of a certified copy of the amended order of the 9th Circuit indicating Ms. Godfrey’s conviction was misdemeanor, and; therefore, it is hereby stipulated and consented that the Appellant’s Appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
