ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on Motion of Kelly D.H. Lowry, attorney for Petitioner, for an
Order dismissing the above matter with prejudice. Petitioner states in its Motion to Dismiss that
the parties have reached a settlement and further proceedings are unnecessary. Respondents
consent to the Motion.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed
with prejudice.
