ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. This office
received a letter dated August 14, 1998, from the Petitioner, Carl E. Sanders, stating that he
wishes to withdraw his request for an adjudicatory hearing.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed
without prejudice.
