ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division on
April 7, 1998, and assigned to The Honorable Ralph K. Anderson, III on April 8, 1998. This
office issued an Order for Prehearing Statements dated April 9, 1998.
Since issuing the Order for Prehearing Statements, a letter was received from Mr.
Curtis Thomas, Petitioner, stating that he no longer wishes to continue with the proceedings
in the above matter and is dropping the appeal. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
