ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on Motion of Kelly D. H. Lowry, Attorney for Respondent, filed
with the Court on August 17, 1998, for an order dismissing the above matter with prejudice. The
parties have reached settlement and resolution of the above matter. The terms of settlement are
set forth in Consent Order 98-073-W, a copy of which was filed with this Court on August 17,
1998, and which is incorporated herein by reference.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
98-ALJ-07-0173-CC is hereby dismissed pursuant to the terms of Consent Order 98-073-W, with
prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
