ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated April 22, 1998, Petitioner notified this
tribunal that he wishes to withdraw his request for a contested case hearing. In his letter,
Petitioner stated that the Department has issued the permit which was the subject of this case.
Thus, there remains no matter at issue.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed
with prejudice.
