ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. This
office received a letter dated June 9, 1998, from James M. Robinson, attorney for Respondent
Combined Utility Systems, stating that the commissioners of Combined Utility Systems of
Easley, S.C. met and voted to withdraw its request for the water permit which is the subject
of this action. Combined Utility Systems also requests dismissal of the contested
administrative action concerning this permit. Finding good cause,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
