ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("ALJD") upon the request
of Jacklyn Atkinson, Petitioner, to review the decision by the South Carolina Department of Health
and Environmental Control ("DHEC") denying a septic tank permit.
After the matter was transmitted to the ALJD, the Petitioner has notified the Division by letter
dated and filed March 7, 1997, of her desire to withdraw her request for a contested case hearing.
A copy of the letter was forwarded to DHEC by fax on March 7, 1997 which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A. By withdrawing the request, it appears that no further action is required. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the above referenced case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
