ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned case is scheduled to be heard beginning March 10, 1998. This
office received a letter dated March 6, 1998, from Scott T. Justice, attorney for Respondent
Gary H. Davis. Mr. Davis instructed him to withdraw his request for the permit which was
the subject of this action, thereby negating the need for a hearing in this matter. Finding
good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above matter be DISMISSED.
