ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. This office received
a letter dated August 21, 1996, from James W. Boyd, Esquire, attorney for the Petitioner, stating
that the matter had settled and requesting that the appeal in this case be dismissed. H. Bowen
Woodruff, Esquire, attorney for the Respondent, agrees with the dismissal. Having found good
cause,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
