ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the court as a result of Administrative Order 96-056-W issued by
Respondent DHEC on June 24, 1996, and subsequent appeal of the Order by Petitioner Carolina
Water Services.
It now appears to this court that Petitioner Carolina Water has complied with the terms of the
Administrative Order and that DHEC has withdrawn Administrative Order 96-056-W. There no
longer being any underlying basis for this contested case this action is dismissed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
