ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioners notified this Court by letter dated September 3, 2004, that they desired to
withdraw their request for a contested case hearing arising from the Respondent DHEC’s granting
of Respondent Gooding’s application for a dock on the Whale Branch River in Seabrook, SC. There
being no remaining case in controversy,
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
